The Richmond Yacht Club Invites Your Club
to Schedule a Cruise-In During 2010

The Richmond Yacht Club is making a special effort to welcome and accommodate yacht clubs and fleets that are interested in visiting the club. The following information will serve to simplify the process and answer most of your questions.

Berthing: We will try to assign vacant berths in advance and make our turning basin available for a raft up. Anchor-outs may also be available in nearby Brickyard Cove Marina. No charge to visiting clubs.

Food Service & Bar: The club serves dinner on Friday and Sunday nights. The bar is open on Friday from 1500 to 2300, on Saturday from 1100 to 2300, and on Sunday from 1000 to 2200. As a special service to cruise-ins, any of the following dining options are available for Saturday evening:

** Grill your own. Guests can use our outdoor BBQ grill. Guests have to furnish their own meats to grill and any side dishes.

** Dinner service by the club chef is available for groups of 20 or more. Contact our Club Manager, Antonia, for more details.  We can also refer you to some great local restaurants that will deliver to the club. 

The ABC requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed on club premises must be purchased from the bar.

Facilities: The restrooms and showers will be open 24 hours. The club is open on Friday and Saturday from 0900 to 2300, and on Sunday from 0900 to 2200. The office is open on Tuesday through Saturday from 0900 to 1500.

Contact:  First call our Harbor Master at (510) 234-6959 to determine whether we can accommodate your party on the date you desire.  Then download our Facility Use Request form, complete it and send or fax it to the attention of the RYC Events Committee.  For questions not related to the harbor contact Antonia, the club manager.  After we receive your Facility Use Request a member of the RYC Events Committee will contact you to finalize arrangements.
